دليل دمشق دليل سياحي لمدينة دمشق يعرض المطاعم والمقاهي والفنادق والمعالم وغيرها من المنشآت. مقرّه دمشق، سوريا، وهو مسجّل في السجل التجاري بدمشق برقم 0110098519.

تشرح هذه السياسة ما نجمعه من معلومات عند استخدامك موقع dalil-dimashq.com وصفحاته (بما فيها صفحة أصحاب المنشآت وصفحة تواصل معنا) وتطبيق دليل دمشق، وكيف نستخدمها ونحميها. باستخدامك الموقع أو التطبيق فأنت تقرّ بأنك قرأت هذه السياسة.

2. المعلومات التي نجمعها

يمكنك تصفّح الدليل والبحث فيه دون إنشاء حساب ودون أن تعطينا اسمك أو بريدك. نجمع المعلومات التالية فقط عندما تستخدم الخدمة المرتبطة بها:

• نموذج تواصل معنا: اسمك، وبريدك الإلكتروني أو رقم هاتفك، ونوع الطلب، ونص رسالتك. تُرسَل الرسالة إلى بريدنا ولا نحفظها في قاعدة بيانات.
• حسابات أصحاب المنشآت: البريد الإلكتروني وكلمة السر (محفوظة بصيغة مشفّرة لا نستطيع قراءتها)، وما يضيفه صاحب المنشأة من معلومات المنشأة والصور والعروض وأوقات استقبال الحجوزات.
• حسابات مستخدمي التطبيق: نطلب عند التسجيل البريد الإلكتروني (وتسجّل الدخول برمز من 6 أرقام يصلك بالبريد)، والاسم الأول والأخير، ورقم الهاتف المحمول، وسنة الميلاد، ونوع الحساب (مستخدم أو صاحب منشأة)، ولغة التطبيق.
• الحجوزات: المنشأة والعرض، والتاريخ والوقت، وعدد الأشخاص، وملاحظة اختيارية تكتبها لصاحب المنشأة، واسمك ورقم هاتفك، وحالة الحجز (بانتظار، مؤكد، مرفوض، ملغى، حضر، لم يحضر). لا نتقاضى أي دفعة ولا نجمع بيانات بطاقات بنكية.
• بلاغات الحجوزات الوهمية: إذا أبلغ صاحب منشأة أن حجزاً كان وهمياً، نحفظ البلاغ وسببه، وردّ العميل إن كتب رداً، ونتيجة مراجعتنا وملاحظة القرار، وأي قيد مؤقت أو دائم على الحجز ينتج عنه.
• الاقتراحات والتصحيحات: إذا أرسلت اقتراحاً أو طلب إضافة مكان أو تصحيح معلومة، نحفظ نوعه ونصّه، واسمك ووسيلة التواصل إن كتبتهما، والمنشأة المعنية، وحالته ووقت إرساله، وبصمة مشفّرة مملّحة من عنوان IP (لا العنوان نفسه) للحد من الإرسال المتكرر.
• الموقع الجغرافي (في التطبيق): إذا سمحت للتطبيق بالوصول إلى موقعك، نستخدمه لاقتراح أماكن قريبة منك. يمكنك رفض الإذن أو إلغاؤه في أي وقت، ويبقى التطبيق يعمل دون اقتراحات القرب.
• الكاميرا والصور (أصحاب المنشآت): إذا سمحت للتطبيق بالوصول إلى الكاميرا أو معرض الصور، نستخدمه فقط لتصوير أو اختيار الصور التي ترفعها إلى صفحة منشأتك. لا نأخذ أي صورة لم تخترها بنفسك.
• الإشعارات: إذا سمحت بالإشعارات، نحفظ معرّف جهازك الخاص بالإشعارات لنرسل لك إشعارات الحجوزات وتحديثاتها.
• معلومات تقنية: عنوان IP ونوع المتصفح ووقت الطلب، في سجلات الخادم لدى مزوّد الاستضافة. ولمنع الرسائل المزعجة في نموذج التواصل نحفظ بصمة مشفّرة من عنوان IP (لا العنوان نفسه) مع أوقات الإرسال خلال الساعة الأخيرة.

لا نطلب منك أي معلومات بنكية أو وثائق هوية، فلا ترسلها في أي رسالة.

3. كيف نستخدم معلوماتك

نستخدم معلوماتك فقط للأغراض التالية:

• الرد على رسائلك وطلباتك.
• إنشاء حسابك وتسجيل دخولك وحمايته.
• عرض معلومات المنشآت في الدليل ومراجعة التعديلات قبل نشرها عند الحاجة.
• تمرير طلب الحجز إلى صاحب المنشأة، وإبلاغك بتأكيده أو رفضه أو إلغائه.
• منع الإساءة والحجوزات الوهمية والرسائل المزعجة، وحماية أمان الخدمة.
• الالتزام بالقوانين النافذة في الجمهورية العربية السورية.

لا نبيع معلوماتك، ولا نستخدمها للإعلانات الموجّهة، ولا نرسل لك رسائل تسويقية دون موافقتك.

4. التخزين في المتصفح وملفات تعريف الارتباط

لا نستخدم ملفات تعريف ارتباط للتتبّع أو الإعلانات، ولا أدوات تحليل من جهات خارجية. يحفظ الموقع في متصفحك فقط ما يلزم لعمله:

• اللغة التي اخترتها، وطريقة الترتيب، ونوع الخريطة.
• نسخة مؤقتة من قائمة المنشآت وصورها وأسماء الشوارع، ليفتح الموقع بسرعة.
• هل شاهدت نافذة العروض في هذه الزيارة (تُمحى عند إغلاق المتصفح).
• جلسة تسجيل الدخول لأصحاب المنشآت، حتى يسجّلوا الخروج.

هذه المعلومات تبقى على جهازك ولا تُرسَل إلينا. يمكنك حذفها في أي وقت من إعدادات المتصفح.

5. أذونات التطبيق

يطلب تطبيق دليل دمشق الأذونات التالية فقط، ويمكنك إدارتها من إعدادات جهازك:

• الإنترنت (البيانات الخلوية والواي فاي): لتحميل الدليل وتسجيل الدخول وإرسال الحجوزات.
• الموقع: لاقتراح أماكن قريبة منك.
• الكاميرا والصور: لأصحاب المنشآت، لتصوير الصور أو اختيارها ورفعها إلى صفحة المنشأة.
• الإشعارات: لإبلاغك بالحجوزات وتحديثاتها.

الموقع والكاميرا والإشعارات اختيارية؛ إذا رفضتها يبقى التطبيق يعمل، لكن دون الميزة المرتبطة بها.

6. الخدمات الخارجية التي نعتمد عليها

نستعين بمزوّدي خدمات لتشغيل الموقع والتطبيق. بعضهم قد يعالج المعلومات على خوادم خارج سوريا:

• Netlify: استضافة الموقع وسجلات الخادم وعدّاد الحماية من الرسائل المزعجة.
• Supabase: قاعدة البيانات والحسابات وتسجيل الدخول والصور والحجوزات.
• Resend: إرسال البريد، مثل رموز تسجيل الدخول ورسائل نموذج التواصل.
• Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google): إرسال إشعارات التطبيق؛ يستلم معرّف الإشعارات لجهازك ونص الإشعار.
• Google Fonts: خطوط الموقع؛ يرى عنوان IP الخاص بك عند تحميل الخط.
• الخرائط (OpenStreetMap وOpenTopoMap وEsri): صور الخريطة؛ ترى عنوان IP والمنطقة المعروضة.
• Nominatim وPhoton: معرفة اسم الشارع من إحداثيات المنشأة (لا من موقعك).
• روابط خارجية: عند الضغط على زر الاتجاهات (Google Maps) أو واتساب أو فيسبوك أو إنستغرام أو موقع منشأة، تنتقل إلى خدمة تخضع لسياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بها.

7. مع من نشارك المعلومات

• صاحب المنشأة التي تحجز فيها: يرى اسمك ورقم هاتفك وتفاصيل الحجز وملاحظتك حتى يستطيع استقبالك. لا يرى بريدك الإلكتروني، ولا يرى أي بلاغات أو قيود سابقة على حسابك.
• البلاغات: ترى المنشأة التي أرسلت بلاغاً حالته وملاحظة القرار فقط. أما سبب البلاغ وردّ العميل فلا يراهما إلا فريق دليل دمشق.
• زوّار الدليل: يرون معلومات المنشأة التي ينشرها صاحبها (الاسم والعنوان ورقم التواصل والصور والعروض)، لا بريد صاحب الحساب.
• مزوّدو الخدمات المذكورون في القسم 6، بالقدر اللازم لتشغيل الخدمة فقط.
• الجهات الرسمية: عند وجود طلب قانوني ملزم فقط.

لا نبيع معلوماتك ولا نؤجّرها لأي جهة.

8. مدة الاحتفاظ والحماية

نحتفظ بالمعلومات فقط المدة اللازمة للغرض الذي جُمعت من أجله:

• رسائل نموذج التواصل: في صندوق بريدنا طوال المدة اللازمة للرد عليها ومتابعتها، ثم تُحذف.
• الحسابات ومعلومات المنشآت: طالما الحساب قائم، وتُحذف بعد حذف الحساب، إلا ما يلزمنا القانون بالاحتفاظ به.
• الحجوزات: المدة اللازمة لإدارة الحجز ومعالجة أي بلاغ أو اعتراض عليه.
• بلاغات الحجوزات الوهمية والقيود: طوال مدة القيد وما يلزم بعده، لأنها تحمي أصحاب المنشآت من تكرار الإساءة.
• بصمة عنوان IP في نموذج التواصل: تُستخدم فقط لعدّ الرسائل في آخر ساعة.
• الاقتراحات والتصحيحات: المدة اللازمة لمعالجتها.
• معرّف الإشعارات: طالما الإشعارات مفعّلة على جهازك، ويُحذف عند حذف الحساب.
• سجلات الخادم: حسب مدة الاحتفاظ لدى مزوّد الاستضافة.

نحمي المعلومات باتصال مشفّر (HTTPS) وبصلاحيات تسمح لكل مستخدم برؤية ما يخصّه فقط. لا توجد وسيلة نقل آمنة بالكامل، لكننا سنبلغك ونبلغ الجهات المختصة إن حدث خرق يمسّ معلوماتك.

9. حقوقك وحذف الحساب

يحق لك أن تطلب منا:

• نسخة من المعلومات التي نحتفظ بها عنك.
• تصحيح أي معلومة غير دقيقة.
• حذف حسابك ومعلوماتك، إلا ما يلزمنا القانون بالاحتفاظ به أو ما يلزم لمنع الإساءة.
• الاعتراض على قيد أو بلاغ على حسابك وطلب مراجعته.

يمكنك حذف حسابك في التطبيق من الإعدادات، أو بمراسلتنا على info@dalil-dimashq.com من البريد المسجّل في الحساب. لحذف منشأة من الدليل، راسلنا بالطريقة نفسها. نرد على الطلبات في أقرب وقت ممكن، وقد نطلب ما يثبت أنك صاحب الحساب.

10. الأطفال، التغييرات، التواصل

الأطفال: التصفّح متاح للجميع، لكن إنشاء حساب أو إرسال حجز مخصّص لمن عمرهم 16 سنة فأكثر. إذا علمنا أننا جمعنا معلومات طفل أصغر من ذلك نحذفها.

التغييرات: قد نحدّث هذه السياسة. ننشر النسخة الجديدة هنا مع تاريخ آخر تحديث، ونبلغ أصحاب الحسابات بالتغييرات المهمة عبر البريد أو التطبيق.

1. Who we are

Dalil Dimashq is a tourist guide to Damascus listing restaurants, cafés, hotels, landmarks and other facilities. It is based in Damascus, Syria, and registered in the Damascus commercial register under number 0110098519.

This policy explains what information we collect when you use dalil-dimashq.com and its pages (including the facility owners' page and the Contact us page) and the Dalil Dimashq app, and how we use and protect it. By using the website or the app, you confirm that you have read this policy.

2. Information we collect

You can browse and search the guide without an account and without giving us your name or email. We collect the following only when you use the related service:

• Contact form: your name, your email or phone number, the request type and your message. The message is emailed to us and is not stored in a database.
• Facility owner accounts: email address and password (stored in a hashed form we cannot read), plus the facility details, photos, offers and booking reception hours the owner adds.
• App user accounts: at sign-up we ask for your email address (you sign in with a 6-digit code sent by email), first and last name, mobile number, birth year, account type (user or facility owner) and app language.
• Bookings: the facility and offer, date and time, party size, an optional note you write to the facility, your name and phone number, and the booking status (waiting, confirmed, rejected, cancelled, arrived, no-show). We take no payment and collect no card details.
• Fake booking reports: if a facility owner reports a booking as fake, we keep the report and its reason, the customer's reply if they write one, our review decision and decision note, and any temporary or permanent booking restriction that follows.
• Suggestions and corrections: if you send a suggestion, a request to add a place or a correction, we store its type and text, your name and contact details if you give them, the facility it is about, its status and time, and a salted one-way hash of your IP address (never the address itself) to limit repeated sending.
• Location (in the app): if you allow the app to access your location, we use it to suggest places near you. You can refuse or withdraw the permission at any time, and the app keeps working without nearby suggestions.
• Camera and photos (facility owners): if you allow the app to access the camera or photo library, we use it only to take or pick the photos you upload to your facility page. We never take a photo you didn't choose.
• Notifications: if you allow notifications, we store your device's notification token so we can send you booking notifications and updates.
• Technical information: IP address, browser type and request time, in our hosting provider's server logs. To stop spam on the contact form, we keep a one-way hash of your IP address (not the address itself) with the times you sent messages in the last hour.

We never ask for bank details or identity documents, so please don't send them in any message.

3. How we use your information

We use your information only to:

• reply to your messages and requests;
• create, sign in to and protect your account;
• show facility information in the guide and, where needed, review changes before they are published;
• pass your booking request to the facility owner and tell you when it is confirmed, rejected or cancelled;
• prevent abuse, fake bookings and spam, and keep the service secure;
• comply with the laws of the Syrian Arab Republic.

We do not sell your information, use it for targeted advertising, or send you marketing messages without your consent.

4. Browser storage and cookies

We don't use tracking or advertising cookies, or third-party analytics. The website stores only what it needs to work in your browser:

• your chosen language, sort order and map style;
• a temporary copy of the facility list, photos and street names, so the site opens quickly;
• whether you have seen the offers pop-up during this visit (cleared when you close the browser);
• the sign-in session for facility owners, until they sign out.

This stays on your device and is not sent to us. You can clear it at any time in your browser settings.

5. App permissions

The Dalil Dimashq app asks only for the following permissions, which you can manage in your device settings:

• Internet (mobile data and Wi-Fi): to load the guide, sign in and send bookings.
• Location: to suggest places near you.
• Camera and photos: for facility owners, to take or pick photos and upload them to the facility page.
• Notifications: to tell you about bookings and their updates.

Location, camera and notifications are optional; if you refuse them, the app keeps working without the related feature.

6. Third-party services we rely on

We use service providers to run the website and app. Some may process information on servers outside Syria:

• Netlify: website hosting, server logs and the contact form's anti-spam counter.
• Supabase: database, accounts and sign-in, photos and bookings.
• Resend: sending email, such as sign-in codes and contact form messages.
• Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google): sending app notifications; it receives your device's notification token and the notification text.
• Google Fonts: the site's fonts; it sees your IP address when the font loads.
• Maps (OpenStreetMap, OpenTopoMap, Esri): map images; they see your IP address and the area shown.
• Nominatim and Photon: finding the street name from a facility's coordinates (not from your location).
• External links: when you tap Directions (Google Maps), WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram or a facility's website, you go to a service with its own privacy policy.

7. Who we share information with

• The owner of the facility you book: sees your name, phone number, booking details and your note so they can receive you. They don't see your email address or any reports or restrictions on your account.
• Reports: the facility that sent a report sees only its status and the decision note. The report reason and the customer's reply are seen by the Dalil Dimashq team only.
• Visitors to the guide: see the facility information its owner publishes (name, address, contact number, photos, offers), not the account holder's email.
• The service providers listed in section 6, only as far as needed to run the service.
• Authorities: only when a binding legal request requires it.

We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

8. Retention and security

We keep information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for:

• Contact form messages: in our mailbox for as long as needed to reply and follow up, then deleted.
• Accounts and facility information: while the account exists, and deleted after the account is deleted, except what the law requires us to keep.
• Bookings: as long as needed to manage the booking and handle any report or objection about it.
• Fake booking reports and restrictions: for as long as the restriction lasts and as needed after it, because they protect facility owners from repeated abuse.
• The IP hash for the contact form: used only to count messages in the last hour.
• Suggestions and corrections: as long as needed to handle them.
• Notification token: while notifications are on for your device, and deleted when the account is deleted.
• Server logs: per our hosting provider's retention period.

We protect information with encrypted connections (HTTPS) and permissions that let each user see only their own data. No transmission is fully secure, but if a breach affects your information we will tell you and the competent authorities.

9. Your rights and deleting your account

You may ask us to:

• give you a copy of the information we hold about you;
• correct any information that is wrong;
• delete your account and information, except what the law requires us to keep or what is needed to prevent abuse;
• review a restriction or report on your account that you disagree with.

You can delete your account in the app's settings, or by emailing info@dalil-dimashq.com from the email address on the account. To remove a facility from the guide, email us the same way. We reply to requests as soon as we can and may ask you to confirm the account is yours.

10. Children, changes, contact

Children: anyone can browse, but creating an account or making a booking is for people aged 16 or over. If we learn we have collected information from a younger child, we delete it.

Changes: we may update this policy. We will publish the new version here with its last-updated date, and tell account holders about important changes by email or in the app.
